PRICING 2022

Double shared room + all meals = 299.78 € Taxes included

Single shared room + all meals = 335.78 € Taxes included

Your registration implies your presence from Monday noon to Thursday noon. The prices announced will cover the cost of full board accommodation during your stay.

Transportation is covered independently by the participants. The GDR will organize a shuttle between the station of Modane and Aussois on Monday and Thursday.

If you are unable to finance your stay, please send an email to the organizers (gdr-meso-ple-22@sciencesconf.org) as soon as possible to maximize your chances of being funded by the GDR. The GDR has a small budget to organize the conference, and to offer some scholarships.
Transportation is independently paid by the participant.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. On site. You pay individually at the Centre Paul Langevin directly, the Centre will then issue you an invoice that will allow you to request reimbursement.

2. By purchase order (so that you do not have to pay in advance). As soon as you register, have your financial managers issue a purchase order for the payment of your stay. It is strongly recommended to establish only one purchase order per team or laboratory to simplify management and minimize administrative costs.
